Daily Maintenance Of Micro Hydraulic Components

May 09, 2025

The daily maintenance of micro hydraulic components mainly includes the following aspects:

Hydraulic oil management: Regularly check whether the oil level of the hydraulic oil tank is within the normal range to ensure that the oil is clear and free of impurities. If the oil is found to be turbid or contains impurities, replace it with new oil and clean the oil tank and oil circuit in time. In addition, replace the hydraulic oil once a year, and thoroughly clean the oil tank when replacing it to ensure that the oil is clean.

Hydraulic component maintenance: Regularly check the sealing performance of hydraulic components, replace damaged seals in time to prevent oil leakage. For key components such as pumps, motors, and valves, they should be cleaned regularly to maintain their cleanliness. At the same time, check the operating status of the hydraulic pump to ensure that there is no abnormal noise or vibration.

Filter maintenance: Regularly clean or replace the filters in the hydraulic system to prevent impurities from entering the system. In particular, the suction filter and the return filter should be regularly checked and the filter element should be replaced to ensure that the oil is clean.

Temperature and pressure monitoring: Monitor whether the temperature of the hydraulic oil and the working pressure of the system are within the normal range. Excessive oil temperature will accelerate the oxidation and deterioration of the oil, and abnormal pressure may indicate a fault inside the system. Install temperature and pressure gauges to monitor these parameters in real time, detect problems in time and take measures.

Leakage check: Check whether there are leaks in hydraulic pipes, joints, seals, etc. Leakage will cause oil waste and affect system performance. Leakage points should be dealt with immediately.

Other maintenance measures: Clean the surface and interior of the hydraulic system regularly, remove dust, dirt and grease, and keep the system clean. Tighten all connectors to prevent loosening and oil leakage. Lubricate the moving parts of the hydraulic system regularly to reduce friction and wear.
